Congratulations to my buyer on yesterday afternoon’s closing! I know his little girl is so excited about her new room. This family was so polite and I love that they asked lots of questions. Yesterday’s closing was not just about a house, it was neighbors hanging out with neighbors. 😍.
We had lots of laughs with one particular jokester who can’t control himself 🤣😜 but we had a fun time.

🫶This was such a unique property with SO MANY extras that when buyers came out they were a bit overwhelmed! They was a lot of details and love poured into this home. This beautiful home which holds so many memories for so many will not be forgotten. This home is a welcoming home and the new buyers have already invited the sellers to visit anytime!

I got my wings coated with sweet chili and French Fries crack sprinkled on top!
