The Beach
You can shake the sand from your shoes, but it will never leave your soul. I moved to Amelia Island from a small barrier island in NC called Oak Island where I was a very successful Realtor. My husband and I choose Fernandina Beach over several other coastal locations. I can't imagine anyone not wanting to live here. If you love a little sand in your shoes, you'll love working with me. I've sold everything from a fishing trailer to a boat yard. I have well over a decade of experience as a top agent. My husband and I have also bought, built, and sold many properties over the years. In addition to all of the characteristics you would expect in an agent like honesty, integrity, efficiency, etc., add: easy going, fun, enthusiastic, and creative. That's me! I love what I do and it shows. Coastal property on or near the water is my specialty.
