Hurricane Ian made a major shift east yesterday, sparing our area from the effects of hurricane-force winds. We experienced a medium wind/rain event only. At this time, we have minimal damage reports and will contact individual property owners as needed to address repairs. Residents are encouraged to continue reporting damage through the Maintenance section of their Resident Portal.
