127 Ventnor Terrace, Dundalk, MD underwent some extensive reconstcutive surgery. We had MANY delays and tribulations with this one due to BGE complications (builder friends I'm sure you've never run into such problems 😁). Ultimately we are excited with how it turned out and glad to take part in adding value to the St. Helena community! Thanks for the support and all of the contractors who are responsible for getting this done!

1218 Etting Street, 21217 is a great deal for us. Purchased in late December with a couple decades-worth of the previous owners belongings, we were able to quickly work through the construction process to offer another efficient, lead-free rental to the residents of the neighborhood. We are now working on getting the property leased and will then refinance into a 30-year mortgage and pay back our investor (in this case an intrepid family member) during the settlement of the refi.

This is a classic case of the BRRR method (for more info see link below) that we employ in each of our residential rental deals. The goal is to get 100% of our initial cash investment back at refi so we can continue operating lean and build the portfolio while offering a strong, safe return to our investors.

8332 Loch Raven Blvd. is an attached row home near Towson that we're renovating for sale. It had an unbelievable amount of 'belongings' throughout when we purchased it equating to several dumpsters of removal before really hitting the go button. It's looking much better now with progress pics to follow (but unfortunately no more archway for Travis to pose as a GIANT).

Today we purchased our next fix and flip project #11, 109 Baltimore Ave. in Glen Burnie. Always a pleasure to work with and thank you to Lisa Walton and team for helping us track the deal down! We'll be getting going on this one next week after the seller (and current occupant) completes packing and their big move to TX! @ Ferndale, Maryland
