I fear I have red flags 😬 🚩

But silver lining: it just means I care.

If your agent doesn’t care- what are they doing?

Giving my clients an experience and my full attention are non-negotiables.

I will bring up problems with the house and be honest with you if you ask me, “What do you think?”

I’m going to be honest- helping with the biggest financial decision of your life is a lot of pressure.

So I’d be hitting my head if I didn’t give my honest opinions and completely invest in getting it right.

So my biggest red flag: I care too much ❤️

Dear home buyers...

You might be wasting your time… and I promise I mean that in the nicest way possible.

The first step might be:

Open Zillow and save 100’s of homes you like.

The thing is, without knowing what you’re actually looking for, the search can get confusing fast.

That’s where clarity is king- ask yourself:

What does your daily routine look like?

Do you want walkability or more space?

What’s something you absolutely don’t want to compromise on?

The right homes will then start appearing!

The last thing you want to do is miss out on the right home because you were busy looking at the wrong ones.

Buying a home will bring out the crazies…

But you’re not crazy for your thoughts- you’re human.

I’ve watched the most calm, rational people suddenly spiral over things like:

“Wait… are we making the biggest mistake of our lives?”

“Should we look at 40 more houses just to be sure?”

“Why does this suddenly feel so real?”

Your brain is processing so much both before and after offering on a home.

OF COURSE, it’s going to be overwhelming!

But those thoughts don’t mean you’re making the wrong decision.

It usually just means you’re taking the decision seriously.

The best part- we can be crazy together! 🤣

Obsessed with that Real Estate life in Whatcom County! 😌

Somewhere between showings, coffee runs, contract deadlines, and trying to have a life outside of real estate…

It’s safe to say Q1 is flying by!

My life is such a mix of things- helping people make big moves, constantly learning the market, answering texts at random hours

Somehow, I still find time to recharge and enjoy life in our little corner of the world.

Real estate isn’t always glamorous, but it’s definitely never boring!
