A Full-Circle Moment for the Diemert Group 🎉
When we started this journey working in Sparks and a lot more remotely, the vision of never having to leave REMAX Professionals, but have amazing service wherever our business was- I thought an office out here was a 5 year plan.
All of a sudden it became a 3-6 month plan and we do what we do as business owners and agents- we pivot and make it happen.
And now? In less than a year, that foundation has grown into something incredible: my incredible team of agents are ready to go solo.
To every single one of you stepping into this next chapter as strong, independent professionals — I am so unbelievably proud 😭I love having a home for us out here, and having the opportunity to actually put down roots of our businesses.
Watching you grow from where we started to where you are now has been one of the greatest joys of my career.
Here's what I want our clients and community to know: nothing changes on our end. You'll still get the same great service, the same dedication, the same heart behind every transaction. I'll be maintaining a small team here in Fernley, and I couldn't be more excited to get back to what I love most — my relationships and my business.
