Attended the Victory Logistics District Open House in my home town of Fernley, NV today. They provided property tours, information and a catered lunch. 1600 people attended this year's Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) luncheon. Some of our Coldwell Banker Select family shared a table with friendly folks from Animal Emergency and Specialty Center. Interestingly enough .... 1600 people and we share this table, where two of our agents have taken their pets for treatment twice! Reminds me that it truly is a small world...... but stand by - it gets bigger by the minute! If you were there, you would know the growth in our region is projected to continue! Infrastructure, jobs, housing, and new businesses are things we can expect to see on an ongoing basis!
