Yesterday marked the moment I have somewhat dreaded, but was beyond excited for...
This listing was a referral from a dear friend and I was so humbled and honored the seller chose me 🧡
Life threw him a curveball, and his plans for this property were no longer a priority. We spoke often about his desire for the right buyers and that he could wait until we found someone who could see tge potential and love it as much as he and his wife did.

There is a very special place in my heart for VA Buyers. I admire their ability to adapt, pivot and remain tenacious when challenges arise. The Tanners came to me with so much on their plate. The two of them living apart for the last 8 months while they each completed their career studies and graduated in their fileds; sold their home in southwest Iowa, and then reunited their beautiful family yesterday when we closed on their new house. Even with a last minute, unexpected lender change, and a bit of delay in the closing date, these two stayed laser focused and hung in there.
I am a person who gives and receives hugs. These two. I received some of the most heartfelt and grateful hugs from them after closing that I am absolutely certain they stained my soul. 😍
