Sorry there haven't been any posts for a long time. Due to supply issues effecting the country, our windows and siding that were ordered in May just arrived.
The property has had the lead remediation completed and tested fine and new sod installed during this time.
We put the house on hold while waiting for those bigger projects so we can get those completed now. Hopefully will get to posts more updates and pictures soon.

Lead remediation finished and certified at this property in the front and back. I'll get more pics later on. Windows have finally arrived just waiting on siding to arrive to get it all installed.

New windows and siding ordered. Unfortunately it's a 6-8 week arrival. Plenty to do till then.

Removing debris from inside a house remodel to dumpster. Possibly some interior demo work involved. Need a pair of work gloves. Helpful if you have a crowbar or sledgehammer. Pm only if you plan on answering and showing up. Tired of no call no shows. Located in town desoto.
