What an AMAZING day celebrating the Grand Opening of Locals Realty on Main Street!

Thank you so much to all of our friends, family, clients, community members, affiliates, and everyone who stopped by to celebrate with us. The love and support we felt yesterday truly means more than we can put into words! 🖤💗

We had an incredible turnout, lots of laughs, good food, and so many familiar faces. Seeing our new office filled with people who have supported us along the way made the day even more special.

When rates drop, demand explodes. And when demand explodes, so do prices. We ran the actual math, buying now at 7% vs. waiting for 6%, and the monthly payment difference is $22. Twenty-two dollars. Meanwhile, the home you're eyeing could jump $40,000 in value the moment rates move.

So you'd save $22 a month and lose $40,000 in equity. That's the trade nobody talks about. The move isn't to time the rate. It's to lock in today's price and refinance when rates come down. Marry the house, date the rate, it's not just a catchy phrase, it's actually the math.
