🚨 Real Estate Myth Busted! 🚨

Listing your home too high doesn’t help you—it can hurt you. Homes priced competitively attract more buyers, more offers, and better results. Ready to price your home right? Message me and let’s chat about your selling strategy! 🤯 🏡 🗝️

Happy Closing Day! 🥳🎉

These two were my very first clients when I became a Licensed Realtor. They bought a piece of land to build a home on, and had a change of plans. Sometimes things don’t go as planned and that’s ok! I’m here to help you through this process either way! And with in the couple years they owned this land it went up in value! So it’s still a win!

Followed with a celebratory lunch at McAlister’s!

Who is looking for a house in a private lake community? Indian Hills Lake is located in Cuba, MO which has an astonishing 326 acre lake! The house started off as 2 bedrooms and 1 bath then the owner decided to have the basement remodeled into its own suite with the added bathroom and finished open area with closet and new flooring! Another aspect to point out is the detached garage and shed along with the almost 1 acre lot size! Click the link below to see more! 👇
