This closing was super special. Rick was my boss and mentor back in my pastry chef days in Dallas. All of you who order cakes and desserts from me can thank him for teaching me everything I know! Never in a million years would I imagine 20 years later we would move to St. Louis within weeks of each other and 5 years later I’d help him and his sweet husband buy a house! It’s mind blowing! I’m so excited to see where our paths lead from here!!
