In my opinion, the lowering of interest rates are going to be a double edged sword for potential buyers in the upcoming months with already limited inventory being in greater demand due to more buyers being attracted back into the market.
The rate cuts won’t be significant enough to attract the number of sellers needed to make it a buyers market; think about it, why would someone who purchased at a 3%, or less, mortgage sell now to replace it with a 6% mortgage?
