The house that made everyone work.. also curated an awesome deal. The Sellers were up on top of the house replacing the roof, their family was doing landscaping & painting, and I was on the neighbors roof limbing a tree with a pole saw. Everyone pitched in to make this work and it ended up going above asking price to a very excited buyer. All in all feeling really good about this one - I bet it gets house hacked into a duplex some day 🤝

This swanky house was dialed in - two complete living spaces, upstairs and downstairs. Perfect for multi generational living, rental income, or maybe even just a private space for guests. All in all, we got a pretty sweet deal. I deemed this home the tree house - my buyer says it’s too nice for that 😎
