Thatā€™s just part of owning real estate.

Weā€™d much rather have conversations about maintaining something today than replacing it sooner than necessary tomorrow.

Not every repair is fun to pay for.

But taking care of an investment is part of owning one.

You can care about people and still enforce a lease.

You can listen to someoneā€™s circumstances and still have boundaries.

You can be kind without making a different rule every time a difficult situation comes up.



Most of the time, being fair isnā€™t about saying yes or no.
