SOLD! 🎉

This one was not an easy sale for my seller, but with patience, perseverance, and cooperation from everyone involved, we made it to the closing table.

One of the biggest hurdles was access to the property. There is a well-traveled dirt road leading to the land, and most people would assume that means there is legal access. However, when the title report came back, it revealed "perceived access" rather than legal access.

This is exactly why I always recommend involving a Realtor and a title company when buying or selling property. What appears obvious isn't always the legal reality. Assumptions can be costly, and issues like this can impact a property's marketability and value.

Thankfully, through diligence, problem-solving, and a lot of teamwork, we were able to navigate the challenges and get this transaction closed.

Renovation update!

This project has thrown more unexpected surprises our way than we ever imagined, but we’re pushing through and making great progress.

The finish line is finally in sight, and we’ll be ready for a tenant soon. We can’t wait to show you the transformation!

SOLD!

I cannot wait to watch these two work their magic on this property. This place is about to get a whole new life, and I am excited to follow along every step of the way.

A huge thank you to them for being repeat clients of mine. It means the world when clients come back and trust me again with one of life’s biggest investments. They are just dang good guys, and I couldn’t be happier for them.

Millard County wind 🤦🏼‍♀️ Today it’s hot, it’s windy, and it’s one of those days where you either stay inside with the AC or throw on a ball cap, brace yourself, and hope the wind doesn’t carry you into the next county.

Summer is too short to spend it all indoors, so I’m choosing the ball cap.

New Listing in Kanosh, Utah!

Cute house. Priced right. Small-town charm at its best.

One of my favorite parts of this job is seeing the next generation come along for the ride. I had 3 little real estate helpers with me while placing the sign at this cute home in Kanosh. Their momma grew up spending evenings just like this one. Now she’s in the industry herself.

Maybe these girlies will follow in our footsteps one day too.

Until then, they’re already learning that real estate is about more than houses. It’s about family, community, and helping people find a place to call home.
