🏡 First impressions matter when selling a home!

My sellers wanted their home to show at its very best, and they went above and beyond to make that happen!

They hired movers, cleaners, and contractors to take care of small repairs. They installed new carpet on the main floor, got the sprinkler system up and running, and even hired someone to keep the lawn mowed and looking great all summer long! 🌿

All of this took time, effort, and money, but they wanted buyers to walk in and see a home that had been cared for.

Now I have a question for all you buyers out there! 👇

🦌🍁 Opening Morning of the General Season Deer Hunt! 🍁🦌

Good luck to all the hunters hitting the mountains this morning!

Whether you agree with hunting or not, it plays an important role in wildlife management. But for me, hunting means so much more. It’s a family legacy, a way of life, and a tradition I’m proud to have passed down to my children. ❤️

Hunting helped put food on our table when I was growing up, when I was a single mama raising my son, and it still does today. We have always respected the harvest and never let anything go to waste.

I absolutely LOVE this time of year! 🍂🏔️ It’s about appreciating the beauty of God’s creation, escaping the screens and everyday noise, spending precious time with family, making memories, and providing food for our table.

For me, hunting has never been just about the hunt. It’s about family, gratitude, tradition, and the memories made along the way. ❤️

Congratulations to the new owner on adding another 600 acres to his land portfolio!

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to represent the seller in this unique receivership sale. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with the attorney handling multiple properties, some sold through auction and others through traditional sales.

It’s been a tremendous learning experience! Working alongside an attorney can be a little intimidating, but he made the experience a great one.

What does “Active with a Time Clause” mean? Typically, the seller has accepted an offer contingent on the buyer selling their current home, while continuing to market the property and consider other offers.

If another acceptable offer comes in, the current buyer may be given a set amount of time to remove that contingency and proceed, depending on the contract terms.
