Summer is collapsing into fall.

I remember reading those words years ago, and this photograph brought them back to me.

I took it at the end of the day as the fog settled over the pasture and the last light faded behind the trees.

It gave me a moment to reflect.

Where am I today?

Where do I want to be tomorrow?

Sometimes the biggest part of a real estate decision has very little to do with bedrooms, bathrooms or square footage.

It can be about timing.
Family.
Animals.
Finances.
Memories.
Health.

That’s why I’ve never believed in treating people like transactions.

Good morning, and Happy Labor Day!

I hope you’re enjoying this beautiful holiday morning. Today feels like a perfect day to slow down, appreciate the places that hold memories, and remember the communities that make a house feel like home.
