Findlay Area Apartment Association We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm at the Disabled American Veterans' building (606 Fishlock Ave) in Findlay. We hope you can join us!

We were founded in 1997 by a group of property owners and landlords in Findlay, Ohio, seeking to share ideas, promote ethical standards, and provide additional value to the community through housing. Our last meeting before our summer break is tomorrow – Tuesday, May 12, at 7:00 pm at the Elks (900 W Melrose)!

We're calling it "The Good, the Bad, and the Tenants" – a lighthearted, fun, and engaging evening of sharing stories, tips, questions, etc., from our experiences as landlords. Bring your fun or helpful stories to share or questions to ask the group. Jim Staschiak will moderate our evening together.

Our next meeting is tonight (Tuesday, February 10) at 7:00 pm at the Elks (900 W Melrose in Findlay).

We will hear from Steve Welton and Charity Rauschenberg from the Hancock County Auditor's office. They will share about the property tax increase and its effects on landlords, as well as the homestead act, and various other topics. Please bring your questions for them, too!

Since we don't have an official meeting in December, our VP Jim Staschiak is opening up his building to host a social event for our group TONIGHT.

What: A social open house with light snacks & drinks (water & iced tea provided; feel free to BYOB if you want something else)
