Renter pays electric and trash..no smoking or pets..apartment is in a triplex on the North end of Findlay ohio in a quiet neighborhood..appliances included and has a washer and dryer hookup and off street parking.Beautiful hand made cabinets in the kitchen and bath...Need first months rent and deposit of $800 cash at lease signing..available immediately.

We no longer have rental apartments in the city of Findlay Ohio or the area at this time .we may get back into it but are not sure as of Sept 2025.
