It’s a good day for a drive and plant/tree shopping in Findlay 🌧️ 🌺 🌼 🌳

On our way to The Garden Center the kids spotted the ‘beaver dam’ near Riverside 😂. The hubs said probably not, so realtor me told the informed all that it’s Move-in Ready, just waiting for a nice beaver family.

Sorry to those who have outdoor sporting events today! On to Mohawk Nursery south of Tiffin.

Feel free to comment what your favorite privacy trees are that are not arborvitae that work in ‘Zone 6’.

This is exactly what one of my clients did this morning before signing an offer! Findlay, Tiffin, and elsewhere- check your flood zones/FEMA maps, and (when possible) see for yourself. 💦 💧 💦

As annoying as searching for homes in the rain can be/messing with ☔️ and wet socks, it is actually a perfect time to 🏠 hunt.

New Realtor.com research finds that buyers who purchase in their early 30s can net 22.5% more in wealth by age 50 than those who wait.

The annual St. Michael’s Christmas Bazaar is this Saturday! They have it’s a craft sale/bake sale with gingerbread house making, Santa and more!

Like sweets? Like baking? Me too!!! I have been playing around with cake batter designs- not just icing.

Get ready to see my attempt at Olaf, Mickey, and Grinch hands… or at least my attempt.

Yes, I use a tackle box for my tools/some supplies 😉

We had a wild day at the Toledo Zoo today. The animals were so active, but I think my children win the award for noisiest creatures.

What are your thoughts on giving Zoo passes as a closing gift to clients?

The Zoo was turning over decor for their winter Wild Lights that begin toward the second half of November. We’ll be back (all bundled up).
