2026 is shaping up to be a strong year for real estate. Rates are expected to continue to ease slightly, attitudes are improving, and indicators from the stock market and economists point to a very positive year ahead—so here’s to enjoying continued success and prosperity. We also want to thank everyone who contributed to our open house last month.
We are truly grateful for the generous donations made to Martha’s Home. A special shout-out to The Property Collective—the entire office showed up in person just days after the event with a beautiful donation of linens. When my wife delivered those items to the Director of City Mission, an envelope was opened to reveal a substantial monetary gift as well. My wife and Kathryn Bausman were both moved to tears.
We are incredibly thankful for the partnership that has formed between Martha’s Home and our Realtor community. You truly are making a meaningful and positive difference.
