Hello,

I was one of those rare High School graduates that decided to go directly into Real Estate Industry for my career. I have been through over 35 years in the field of Real Estate Sales and Real Estate Management but the majority of my years were spent in the New Construction area. I love the Real Estate Industry but due to the changing market conditions I had to change into other areas of business. So therefore I bent with the cyclical market and went from Sales to Management. Both have given me a great opportunity for knowledge in many areas within the Industry and that is why I take pride, and am thankful, for my years which have thus seasoned me in many of the necessary aspects which are relative to today. During my career I was able to represent 5 builders and I exceeded expectations with all of them! One was Heartland Homes a high end local builder with 30 communities. They placed me in a development that was not moving and within a year I became within the top 3 sales person. My production was still over 127% of my required goals and over and above a Multi-Million dollar producer in my achievements. With hard work, knowledge and in an honest fashion with the clients, I do believe that these were my gifts. If you work hard, you take pride in what you do for others, that is the key to success. It is not just about selling a property is about doing your best and what is right. I will continue to represent in a respectful, dedicated, but mostly honest fashion with any buyer or seller interested in my service!
