Our goal has always been to provide beautiful spaces that people can feel at home in. A great deal of thought and consideration goes into prepping our rentals for the next tenant. So it's unfortunate when people destroy and show no regard for our property. This is why landlords are FORCED to charge the maximum in deposits and why most are just selling and choosing NOT to rent in States like California.

It's coming together!

No more holes in the walls, painting is done inside and out, blinds are up and Raymond and Hubby will put up light fixtures next.

This is the most exciting part of a project like this. You imagine what it'll look like and when you get to this part...the satisfaction is REAL!
