Before becoming a realtor, David worked in full-time ministry as an ordained pastor.

His time in ministry taught him how to build relationships, meet people’s needs, and care for others. David desires to bring this same level of care, honesty, and trust to help you achieve your real estate dreams! David and Susan currently live in the northern Denver Metropolitan area and have three kids, Trevor, Briley, and Kaylie. Lots of exciting things are in the works; extending downtown, adding a looping trail that connects the entire city, and all kinds of residential, commercial, and city park plans! All that to say, the city of Frederick will be a great place to buy your next home or income property!

5 years ago we had the incredible opportunity to work with and his real estate business in Texas. I didn’t know it at the time, but that’s what jumpstarted my passion for real estate and led me down the path to where I am now! Real estate has always been something I have had an interest in, but that time in Texas helped me realize this is what I’m supposed to do!!
