Final walkthrough day is always one of my favorite parts of the home buying process 🙌
This is the buyer’s last chance to walk through the home before closing to make sure everything is in the condition agreed upon. We’re checking that any negotiated repairs have been completed, nothing has been damaged since going under contract, and that the home is truly ready for them to take ownership.
It’s such an important step because it gives buyers peace of mind walking into closing. No surprises, just confidence.
And today was extra special 💛 My buyers’ daughter surprised me with the most beautiful plant, and it was the sweetest, most thoughtful gesture. Moments like that are why I love what I do.
So excited for this family and what’s ahead for them!
