Well, someone booked The Halai without asking. 🫎

We caught this guy sizing up the landscaping yesterday, and we get it. Fresh flagstone, a private water feature, and a front-row view of Bear Lake at golden hour. Hard to blame him.

Over 14,000 sq. ft. Fourteen bedrooms. One roof. Everyone you love, in the same place.

Averon Lodge sleeps up to 78 across king suites, family rooms, and custom bunk rooms, so couples, kids, and grandparents each get their own corner, then gather by the fire pit when the day is done.

Early guests are already saying it: you can see both ends of the lake from the deck.

Now that the estate is complete, the calendar is filling into next summer. If you have a group and a date in mind, this is the time.

Now that it is all finished, step inside Averon Lodge.

A glass-walled indoor pool with a waterslide. An indoor sports court with half-court basketball. A neon-lit mini golf room. A private theater. A chef kitchen with Wolf appliances and a dining room that seats 50. And a pirate-themed bunk room the kids will not want to leave.

All of it private. All of it under one roof, on one hilltop.

Averon Lodge. Above it all.

When we opened Averon Lodge earlier this year, we weren't quite finished. The pool house was still coming together: a hot tub, a sauna, and a cold plunge, in a building all its own. The last of the renovations were underway.

All of it is done now.

Fourteen bedrooms, more than 14,000 square feet, sleeping up to 78, on a private hilltop that sees both ends of Bear Lake.

"The place was awesome. Beautiful, spacious, and the kitchen is full of cookwares that made preparing food for a big group easy. The pickleball ball court was fantastic for the addicts and it was so well soundproof that playing midnight didn't disturb anyone's sleep. Top notch place. We'll definitely be back next year."
