Trump proposed in his State of the Union that lower mortgage rates can make homes more affordable for buyers while protecting values for current homeowners: "Low interest rates will solve the Biden-created housing problem while at the same time protecting the values of those people who already own a house."

However, in a phone interview with Realtor.com, policy analyst Kyle Pomerleau said that "You can't simultaneously protect the wealth of current homeowners and, at the same time, reduce the cost of acquiring housing for new buyers. Something has to give."

Regardless of what degrees you have under your belt, you still have to EXECUTE what you’ve learned in order to be successful. Your ability to execute is what I’m looking at. That’s what any investor, boss, and business peer is looking at.

A new health clinic opening on Indy's Eastside is set to provide crucial services to one of the city's most vulnerable areas, significantly addressing health disparities affecting Black residents.

The "Eskenazi Health Thomas & Arlene Grande Campus" will open on the corner of East 38th Street and Arlington, offering primary care, mental health, OB-GYN, and pharmacy services. Additionally, it will provide access to dietitians, social workers, and a community kitchen for cooking classes.

Located along IndyGo’s Purple Line, the facility will offer services to patients regardless of their ability to pay, catering to the uninsured and those covered by Medicaid.

If you want to change a closet door from swinging INSIDE when opening it to swinging OUTSIDE when opening instead, do you have to change to entire door frame? Or can you just move the hardware.
