1. Clean & repair gutters
2. Inspect for any animal damage
3. Check/repair attic vents and power vent motors
4. Replace air conditioner filter
5. Clean and organize garage
6. Prune trees and shrubs away from house

Not only does regular home maintenance save you money in the long run by helping to avoid major repairs, but the way your home looks impacts your mood and mental wellbeing, so it pays to give it a spruce up every now and then.

Here are a few recommendations this month, and I need to do all of them!

✔️ Check for loose boards on your deck
✔️ Clean the inside and outside of your fridge
✔️ Wipe out and clean your pantry
✔️ Check exterior lights bulbs
