So, is it a buyerโ€™s market? Technically, no. But itโ€™s a buyer-friendly one, especially for those who are patient, strategic, and ready to negotiate.

For buyers:
With the market shifting in buyersโ€™ favor, it may be a smart time to make a move, but strategy still matters. Get pre-approved to stay competitive, and pay attention to homes that have been on the market longer, as theyโ€™re often more negotiable. Buyers can also regain leverage through contingencies and flexible timelines. Staying informed on local trends can help you spot deals and avoid overpaying.

For sellers:
For sellers, success comes down to preparation and pricing. With buyers becoming more selective, overpricing can cause your home to sit.
