Statistics show digital crimes against the elderly are increasing at a staggering rate, and with the availability of generative artificial intelligence, it is getting harder to detect.
Building on my personal and professional experience in cybersecurity, I have created a free workshop that social organizations can take advantage of, which helps to educate our older generations on trending cybercrime and how to minimize exposure to risk and loss. This workshop, "Golden Safeguard," will empower our older community members with knowledge and tools to help identify and protect themselves from online threats and scams.
