I was honored to receive a personal referral from a financial guru I truly look up to. He had a student who purchased a long-term rental investment property here in Indiana — sight unseen. After renting it out for several years through a property management company, he realized long-distance investing just wasn’t for him, especially living hundreds of miles away in Kauai, Hawaii.
As a local girl who grew up in Hawaii too, we instantly connected. I was able to help him and his wife navigate the overwhelming process of tenant rights, hiring, firing, and managing numerous contractors after the tenants destroyed the home. From there, we handled all the small details needed to get the property market-ready for sale.
After months of hard work and trust in my expertise, we were able to sell the property quickly and for top dollar!
