Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the groundbreaking of Central at Old Southside. A special thank you to our speakers for helping mark this exciting occasion and sharing the vision behind this impactful community: Kyle Bach, Kristin Jones, Megan Vukusich, and Kenya Anderson

We also extend our appreciation to our partners, stakeholders, community leaders, and supporters whose collaboration is helping bring this vision to life.

As construction begins, we look forward to seeing Central at Old Southside take shape and the positive impact it will have for years to come. Stay tuned for construction updates as this exciting community emerges and moves closer to welcoming residents home.

There’s something special about seeing a vision become reality and welcoming residents into a community designed to create opportunity, stability, and connection. Yesterday, we had the privilege of celebrating the grand opening of Union at Rivers Edge in Des Moines.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the ribbon cutting and open house. We are grateful to the residents, community members, local leaders, partners, and supporters who helped make this celebration so meaningful.

A special thank you to our speakers, David Wesner, Josh Mandelbaum, Brian Sweeney, Kenya Anderson, and Mayor Connie Boesen who was in attendance for sharing your time, insights, and commitment to expanding affordable housing opportunities throughout Iowa.
