“Seeing Union at Capital ramp up to full production is an exciting milestone for our team and the Raleigh community,” said John Whiteley, Senior Vice President of Construction Operations for The Annex Group.

Located on approximately 15 acres on the northeast side of Raleigh, Union at Capital will provide 195 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes for households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). This community represents another important step in our commitment to expanding access to affordable housing in growing markets where the need continues to rise.

At The Annex Group, we believe everyone deserves a place to call home, and we're proud to see this vision becoming a reality in North Carolina. We look forward to sharing more milestones as construction progresses and Union at Capital begins to take shape.

Our employee-led Connection C.R.E.W. recently came together to purchase and pack 42 backpacks for the young residents at Union at Crescent, helping students prepare for a successful school year.

Each backpack was filled with thoughtfully selected items, including tennis shoes, lunch boxes, water bottles, freezer packs, and laptop sleeves where needed.

We're incredibly proud of our team members for taking the initiative to support local households and investing in the future of the communities we serve. Small acts of generosity can create lasting impact.
