Being good at your job won’t save you if you’re bad with people.
You can have all the experience, all the knowledge, all the results.
None of it matters if no one wants to deal with you.
That’s the part people ignore.
Opportunities come through people.
And people don’t stick around where they feel disrespected.
So if you can’t treat others right, don’t be surprised when everything you built starts falling apart.
