What a Success Story! 13 years ago I helped the owners of this home purchase this 3 bedroom home. Now it was a season to hand over the keys to someone else and it was a pleasure to help them.
But they did all the work!

Many people pull their home off the market in the Winter or hesitate to list their home until Spring. As an agent for over 20 years, I have a very different answer to homesellers. I recommend that sellers do NOT do this. Homes sell in any season. While other homes are withdrawing their listings in November, my sellers are keeping the sign in the yard and accepting offers. 10 years ago I helped a sweet couple purchase this gorgeous 3 acre wooded parcel on LaPorte County's east side. As a builder, he was excited to build his OWN home on this picturesque property. Fast forward 10 years and when they decided to sell and move on to enjoy a quiet home on a lake, they called me to help them. This one was SUPER fun to negotiate with multiple offers. There were a lot of moving parts and it was a hard decision for them to decide which offer to accept but after they met the couple who purchased their home yesterday, they had NO doubts.

SOLD Success Story! July of 2025
A few months ago, one of my favorite past clients called me to tell me the sad news that his dad had passed away. His dad entrusted him to do the best job he could with his estate, after he was gone. I have to say that my client did everything right! We were very happy that dad made a great decision when he purchased this home years ago and that we could pull out the most equity from it for the sale. The buyer who purchased this home wanted a place to take care of her mom and simple living.
It’s not easy when a parent passes away, but when they are tasked with the job of liquidating their parents’ home they turn to the Realtor for advice. It’s my JOY to help the process of selling their parents’ home as stress-free as possible.
