The market officially flipped. ⚖️

A year ago, most U.S. metros were still seller-leaning. As of April 2026, 69% of metros are now BUYER'S markets — up from a much more balanced picture at the end of 2025.

Here in Indianapolis, we're seeing the same story: there are now more sellers active in the market than buyers. When that happens, leverage shifts to whoever's ready to make a move.

Indianapolis, the waiting game just changed. 🔑

Active listings this May hit 5,253 — the highest level since 2017 and the 4th straight year inventory has climbed here in Indy.

Fishers, clear your calendar. ⚡ Spark!Fishers is BACK June 24–27 in the Nickel Plate District — and this year it's bigger to mark America's 250th.
