10870 Sablecliff Way was a long and trying transaction. There were plenty of hurdles and difficult personalities involved in this transaction, but we kept pushing and got it over the finish line.

3034 Newton was a former rental for our friend Bryan. Over the last year we have been helping him sell his Indy portfolio so he can focus on investing closer to home in Dallas. This one was the last.

We updated the house using our trusted contractors, put it on the market, and got it sold.

Grateful for the partnership and friendship, Bryan. We made a great team.

I connected with the Wrights almost a year ago, and we have been searching for the right one ever since. Closer to family. A lot with some privacy. Plenty of patience in between. Somewhere along the way we stopped being just agent and clients and became friends.
