I try to post events several years after a home sells...

a Realtor showing one of my listings sent a video of this leak in the basement…no call, no reply on text...( i saw the video and reached out by 9pm) too late? usually not; especially for an issue...

this was a common freeze issue.

some homeowners forget to turn off this valve over winter. easy to forget until this happens...

we had good luck, no water damage… and the basement was cleaner after 👍🏻

I went to the house the following am after a late evening and turned off the waterline valve... wished the Realtor or her client tried...it wouldve been a heroic moment!

As a realtor with 20+ years I pride myself on trying to resolve issues, especially something like this, before I leave the property.

April marks my 22nd year in real estate. I help homeowners renovate, improve and stage their homes to increase perceived value.

We neutralized the bold blue and gave it earthy tones to give this already gorgeous home a richer look.

This homeowner did most of the paintwork herself. I brought a truckload of staging pieces, purchased plants for the front and back and painted the front plant holders. I often bring furniture when it's needed… This home was gorgeous inside and out. We removed excess furniture. I brought a few bulky items but it really didn't need a lot.
