re perfect for Weddings, Corporate Retreats, Family & Friends Gatherings and/or any other special event. Each estate has the opportunity to fulfill your every need or desire and surrounded by infinite beauty and serenity. We can provide you with any size party from an intimate setting for a group of 25 to a party of 225 guests. RiverView Estate is our luxurious estate with the optional Banquet Hall that consists of the Main House, 3 Bedroom Cottage and the Entertainment Lodge. This venue will accommodate a large party of 32 overnight guests, which includes 3 kitchens, large open great room, large spa room w/ hot tub & dry sauna, 9 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms and multiple common areas. Our newly expanded "White Birch Banquet Hall", which is located beneath the Entertainment Lodge, is a space-only venue and can seat 225 people. DeerRidge Estate can accommodate 40 guests in a rustic, country-chic setting with 17 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, a large dining area, a sports game room, and a covered veranda the length of the Estate.
