Heritage Green is a garden style and town house complex that consists of 130 units, designed for elderly persons and families including several units designed specifically for handicapped persons. There is a separate building for our elderly residents. Heritage Green is conveniently located near shopping facilities, a post office and several dining places. Rents are based on income, which is 30 % of gross income. Heat and hot water is include in the rent.

An iPhone has been turned into the office. It appears to work or at least turn on. There is a passcode on it. If you think this is your phone you can come to the office however you will be bombarded with question to identify the phone.

Here we go again!!! More and more snow! Everyone should do what you need to do today and stay put until this storm is over! The office will be closed Monday January 23rd. Everyone needs to stay parked in their parking spot until the storm is done, so that the plows can properly do their job. I will put a post up when it’s time to more vehicles. Because of the intensity of this storm there is a possibility of losing power. When the generator is running only 1 elevator will run and the community room will have power. Everyone please stay safe.

Hello everyone,
I just want to share some great news with all of you!!!
We have a new maintenance technician who started this week, his name is Michael. Some of you may have already met him, if not if you see a new person walking around with keys… yes he is an employee!! 😆
Also as of February 1st Shane will become the Assistant Property Manager of Heritage Green!!!! Please welcome Michael when you see him and congratulate Shane on his promotion.

Hello everyone!!!!
If you are parked on the road please move back to your parking lot, HOWEVER, if you are still in 30/35, 50/55 lots and the back of Building 100. Clean your car off and please move it to another lot not the main road. The contractors can not do their job properly if there is no cooperation on our part. If vehicles aren’t moved we will be contacting the tow company.

Well hopefully snowmageddon 2026 is behind us. Thank you everyone for your patience in getting through this. Tomorrow our snow vendor will be cleaning the lots and parking spots. Their main goal for the past 2 days was keeping the road ways and side walks open. Please be patient as we get all of this snow removed! Also as a safety precaution please do not let your kids play on the mounds of snow from the plows, and out of the roadways while they do their job removing the snow.

Good morning everyone,

As most of you know the entire property is glare ice. Our contractor has already dropped salt however, because of the wind it is just blowing it around and it can’t do the job ice melt is supposed to do. We have asked to have sand put down so the at there is at least traction. Please if you don’t have to go anywhere don’t, if you do please be very careful! We are doing our best to remedy this.
