But this one is. ❤️

HUGE congrats to my buyer!! After MONTHS of searching—and getting legit within about 48 hours of having to pivot on what homeownership might look like—she is officially UNDER AGREEMENT on her very first home. 🏡😭

And that deed?! Ohhhh boy. Just her baddie name on it. 🤏🏽😂👏🏽

She did this ALL by herself, for herself and her babies. ❤️

We were able to check off so many of her needs, but one of my favorite parts?

Her new mortgage payment is LESS than the rent increase she was just hit with. 🤏🏽

THAT is the kind of win I love.

As two somewhat functioning adults who work full-time jobs, run THREE businesses, homeschool three kids, and have 17-ish living things depending on us to stay alive…

We occasionally forget things that aren’t crucial to survival.

Like our anniversary. 😂

So we celebrated our 3rd anniversary a few days early because… we take our wins where we can get them. 🤏🏽😂

Our waitress was THE BOMB and knew that menu like it was her life’s work. 😂

We got the surf & turf.

They brought us complimentary champagne, then realized one of us doesn’t drink and brought a non-alcoholic option WITHOUT us asking. ❤️

Which also meant the other one got both glasses. Everybody won. 😂🥂

Mashed potatoes? DELICIOUS. 🤤
Chocolate cheesecake? Obviously.
Bathrooms? SUPER clean. 😂👏🏽
