You don’t need a Realtor that says yes to everything. You need one who knows when to say hell no.

Whether you’re buying local, PCSing into Hampton Roads, or buying from across the country, my job isn’t to just open doors and push contracts. It’s to protect you.

That means telling you when the numbers don’t make sense, when the inspection is waving red flags, or when that “dream house” is really somebody else’s expensive problem.

I do a lot of remote deals, and trust me — pretty pictures and FaceTime tours can only tell you so much. That’s why you need someone in your corner who isn’t afraid to say hell no when it matters.

Because the right house is worth waiting for. The wrong one can cost you years.

This home is listed at $254,000, and with an FHA loan, the minimum down payment could be as low as $8,890.

But here’s the part most buyers don’t know:
you might not even need that much.

There are grant programs that may help cover your down payment and closing costs.

One of my recent buyers combined an FHA loan with a grant, negotiated closing costs, and walked away with over $1,000 back at closing. 🤯

No, I don’t know every single thing about every town.

But when you’re preparing to move, I take the time to learn what matters to you.

Your commute.
Your hobbies.
Your lifestyle.
The things you enjoy doing on weekends.
The places you want easy access to.

The more I get to know you as a person, the better I can help you navigate the move and provide resources that make the transition easier.

Sometimes that means talking about local events. Sometimes it’s sharing information about parks, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, or things to do nearby. Sometimes it’s just helping calm the nerves that come with moving somewhere new.
