Hello Friends!
Happy New Year! So begins another year. I don't know where the time goes. Tom and I are excited to have 2025 behind us and are looking forward to doing what we do best! Helping buyers and sellers get where they want to be!!
I've got a pretty cool story to share. Every agent likely has a memorable "record breaking" this or that when it comes to real estate. My favorite record breaker has to do with showing properties. My record was 32 showings in one day, covering 4 counties in SW Wisconsin, with a Mom, Dad and 3 kids 5 years old and under. WITH NO GPS! Paper maps and picking up keys to homes all over the place. Ahhh. The good old days. We didn't find "the one" that day, but we did not too long after that and they still live there to this day! Well...guess who I will be meeting with today? The 5 year old child that was along for the ride that day so long ago! He's married and they are ready to buy a home of their own! I am just thrilled and cannot wait to get to know them and help them with the next phase of their lives. I guess you can say I'm a second generation Realtor now! WOW WOW WOW!
