Two weeks ago, on Friday 1/16, we officially opened Parker’s Summit for sales.

Since then? 19 homes are already under contract.

I won’t sugarcoat it: launching a brand-new community is equal parts excitement and exhaustion. Long days, nonstop conversations, adjusting on the fly, answering great questions, solving real concerns, and making sure every family feels confident in their decision. It’s been a sprint, but the good kind.

What’s been most rewarding is seeing how strongly people are resonating with what Parker’s Summit offers: the location, the homes, the value, and the vision for what this community is becoming.
