Hi, I’m John. I’m the owner and founder of Magnolia Construction and Renovations. I’ve been in the construction industry since I was 15 years old and spent 12 years working as a Project Superintendent before starting this company, which is now celebrating its first year. 🔨
I’m a graduate of University of North Florida with degrees in Construction Management and Administrative Business Management. Construction runs deep in my family as does serving the community. My grandfather was a structural engineer for more than 40 years, my mother served as a paraprofessional in Flagler County Schools for over 20 years. I have a daughter who recently graduated from FPC this past Sunday. Family values run deep which is why I love being able to serve the community by making your construction projects come true.
What’s my favorite project? Every single one. I take pride in helping bring each client’s vision to life and treating every project as if it were my own. There’s no project too big or too small. We give each project the same level of care and attention to detail. 🧱🏗️
