Attached is a preview floor plan of our new California contemporary " Camel-Back " tiny home. The only thing missing is the kitchen, a large loft, and our proprietary sleeping cocoon. This new tiny home is one of the most advanced, perhaps the most advanced in the World. Built with our proprietary " VMMA" Variable Metal Modular Architecture, this tiny home is built in a modular fashion based on a 24' base module and trailer, however, the extended length is 31'. This build is already framed and is placed on our revolutionary T 6061 Aluminum alloy trailer. The one pictured will have the Chef designed kitchen added tomorrow and then this completed plan will represent one of two floor plans that will be available. We are now looking for someone that would like to own this and assist in making it available for th venues. The new owner would be licensed to sell our units and receive a large compensation. Furthermore, there will be a huge discount of $ 40,000 on the purchase price. This is not your Grandpa's tiny home. The advanced features will be revealed soon and it's endless. The other floor plan will feature a collaborative effort with a Robotic module developed at MIT to include a Queen size bed, office, sofa, and entertainment center. This will be operated by voice commands and the entire module will position itself at either end of this tiny, creating the best use of space for AM/PM. For this plan, the restroom will stay as shown, however, the kitchen is positioned at the other end. Regardless of which plan, there will be up to 464 square feet, making it the one of the largest and lightest tiny homes in the World based on a 8.5' by 24' trailer footprint.
