Some transactions are smooth… and then there are the ones that truly earn the word "CLOSED".

After more than a year, we’ve officially closed on this condo here in Flagstaff - and this one tested everything: patience, strategy, and a whole lot of persistence on all sides.

Representing the seller in this case meant navigating a very thoughtful, investment-minded buyer - someone who was constantly evaluating the numbers, watching interest rates shift, and weighing every move against an unpredictable economic backdrop. There were pauses, renegotiations, and plenty of moments where timing could have easily derailed the deal.

But that’s the reality of today’s market. Buyers are cautious, analytical, and waiting for the right alignment - and sellers need the right strategy (and patience) to meet them there.
