With Capstone Homes’ model leaseback program, you can purchase a professionally designed model home in Flagstaff or Prescott, then lease it back to Capstone for an agreed-upon term while the home continues to serve as a model.

That means Capstone remains the tenant during the lease period, while you own the home and receive lease payments according to the agreement.
