The end of summer Long Valley bucket list every local should squeeze in before September 👀

The #1 thing on my list before summer is over? Catch the Long Valley Fireworks & Green Festival on August 29. It feels like the perfect way to wrap up summer close to home.

Being a real estate agent in Long Valley, NJ feels pretty easy when everything goes according to plan.

But that’s not when you really need me. 👀

It’s when the appraisal comes in low, the inspection uncovers something unexpected, the buyer gets nervous, or one issue suddenly threatens to derail the whole transaction.
