Deuce has been a miracle from the beginning and seeing him grow up is such an honor! My little Covid baby is playing big boy sports and graduating now! 😭 If you know Deuce then you know he’s small but he’s the toughest little guy I know! Wow wow 🤍 Today was a major milestone for my clients!
We’ve bought and sold a few properties together over the years, but this one hit differently, in the best, most emotional way. They truly embody what teamwork and determination look like. When they set goals, they reach them… every single time.

Two closings last week 🤍 feeling so grateful

First up, a first-time homebuyer who was referred to me years ago but decided to wait. I reached out earlier this year, invited them to my first-time homebuyer seminar, and everything took off from there. Got pre-approved on the spot 🙌🏽 thank you .with.jordan !

They chose new construction and we secured $10K off the price, closing costs covered, AND a refrigerator (not even offered in the community 👏🏽). Now they’re officially homeowners and I’m so happy for them.

Second closing was one of my repeat clients! We sold his investment property in Daytona Beach. Definitely not the smoothest deal, but he trusted us and we got it DONE.

Shoutout to my co-listing agent .hunter for putting in the work with me on that one 🤞🏽

Some closings just hit different 🤍

While I’ll keep these clients confidential, I have to share how incredible this journey has been. This powerhouse couple navigated a season of separation, with one partner working and looking for homes here, while the other sold their home in another city, all while homeschooling and keeping everything running.

Through it all, they stayed grounded in what mattered most, their family and their future. Watching them move through this chapter with strength and intention was truly inspiring, and today it all came together 🏡✨

We’ve been working together since 2023, and I’m truly grateful for his continued trust. The wisdom, the laughs, and the jokes along the way have made this journey so special. He’s been a longtime investor who’s now choosing to liquidate and fully enjoy retirement. Congratulations to the Styer family!

This couple made it happen from a distance. First time home buyers relocating to FL, referred to me by a wonderful agent in Kentucky and I’m so thankful for the trust!
