A day and week in the life of a Realtor® often means fun, flexibility, house hunting, and closings.

Last week I had the pleasure of spending several days hosting an out of state buyer and her daughter. Throughout the week, we traveled across three counties in search of her dream home. In the middle of all the showings and miles on the road, we had to pause briefly because one of my closings was unexpectedly moved up.

After a quick pivot to finalize that closing, it was right back to touring homes with my buyers.

While this trip did not result in securing the perfect home just yet, we were able to significantly narrow the search and identify several top contenders. Stay tuned as the house hunt continues and we move one step closer to finding the dream home.

Congratulations to another incredible military veteran on becoming a first-time homeowner.

This client represents everything honorable about service, commitment, and perseverance. While actively serving others and protecting our country, they made the powerful decision to invest in their future through homeownership. That is no small accomplishment.

First major event as this year’s sitting Chair of our Southwest Council was a huge success. We hosted our very first Run Walk featuring a 1K, 2.5K, and 5K, and it was nothing short of incredible. But this post is not about me. It is about the team that made it all happen.

Our entire Southwest Council team truly delivered from planning to ex*****on. Thank you to everyone who attended planning meetings and contributed ideas. Every suggestion mattered and played a role in bringing this vision to life.

I am excited to share that my buyer is officially under contract.

One of the most meaningful parts of what I do is helping buyers and sellers navigate challenges that can feel overwhelming at first. This buyer had a clear goal of homeownership but was unsure how to navigate the process, especially while preparing for a relocation. That is where guidance, strategy, and trust come into play.

From walking through each step of the loan process to coordinating property tours, every detail mattered. Together, we stayed focused, patient, and intentional until the right home came along.

The result is incredibly rewarding. This buyer will soon be local and will be able to arrive and walk straight into the home they envisioned. Moments like this are exactly why I do what I do. Helping serve those who serve and turning uncertainty into confidence is my honor.

Congratulations are truly in order! 🎉 The happiest of Closing Days to one of the most deserving people I know. This absolutely beautiful young lady, inside and out, set her mind to a goal and accomplished it. She is now part of a very small and impressive group: Gen Z homeownership remains rare, with homeowners ages 18–25 accounting for only 3% of all home buyers nationwide in 2025, including right here in Florida. That alone speaks volumes about her determination and discipline. I could not be more proud of her. Watching her stay focused, trust the process, and cross this milestone has been incredibly rewarding.

And as if this day wasn’t special enough, she became the first client in the history of my real estate career to present ME with a gift at the closing table. What a switch-a-roo! The heartfelt words and content of her card truly had me tearing up.
I am so excited to see what the next big thing is that she accomplishes! Because this is just the beginning, and I have no doubt her future is incredibly bright.
