Shelley Farmer Realtor, Coldwell Banker Vanguard Residential Sales & Property Management I’m a 9th generation Floridian originally from the St. Petersburg area.

I moved to Northeast Florida in 2003 where I later received my bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida. In 2009 I began my career in Property Management managing multifamily apartment communities. I managed communities as large as 300 homes, alongside a team of 7 employees. Throughout my career I opened several new construction communities, quickly getting them fully occupied. I als

o facilitated several sales of apartment communities. I received Property Manager of the year award from both WRH Realty and the First Coast Apartment Association. Now in Real Estate full time, I truly enjoy working with my customers and all of their real estate needs. My goals for my customers are to reduce stress during one of the most stressful times of their lives, limit their liability and do my best to protect their interests. My husband, Josh, and I have been together since 2005. We currently live in Fleming Island with our 2 beautiful boys, Liam, who loves to play t-ball and Aidan, who is always right behind him.
